Tarot and Poetry Circle

A monthly online gathering to read, write and discuss the poetry of the cards in depth. This is a creative space to sharpen ways of reading, play with composition, and expand the ways in which we make meaning. These sessions are conceived as a facilitated conversation around the creative potential of the cards.
The spirit of the sessions is to explore alternative actions as remedies for our times while motivating each other to find the folds in reality where agency and creativity dwell, through subverting imposed narratives and finding new viewpoints and forms of reading and writing.
I use the tarot and playing cards for divination, as well as a creative tool to write poetry and devise rituals and performance, and also as a prompt for creative writing exercises in my poetry workshops.
