My service is to convey what the cards reveal about your question as clearly as I can while upholding respect and compassion at all times. I do not offer refunds for completed readings. If a reading leaves you feeling uncomfortable or anxious, I will be very happy to further help you access what the cards have brought forward. However, my job is not to fulfill expectations or validate desires, but to interpret the cards so that the reading can be a generative experience for you rooted in the integrity of what is on front of us.Guidelines and Policies
Tarot is not a substitute for legal or medical advice, it’s not a substitute for therapy either. I do not use Tarot to convey information about anyone other than the querent.
Remote and in-person readings must be cancelled a full 24 hours before the reading to be refunded. You can reschedule as many times as you need to before 24 hours, but once we are set within that time frame, i.e. within 24 hours of your reading, you may not reschedule. If any unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending your reading please get in touch as soon as you can.
I have a 15 minute tolerance policy for lateness. If you go over that time without any notice your reading will be cancelled and fully charged.
